Okay, so your interested in buying our Belted Galloway beef.
We sell beef by the whole (300 to 500 pounds dressed weight) or half (150 to 250 pounds dressed weight). The beef will be cut per your instruction, vacuum sealed and frozen.
We typically sell out between November and January, although we occasionally have some for sale at other times of the year.

Dressed weight refers to the weight of the animal once their skin, intestines, organs, hoofs, blood and head are removed.
